+- Boil 2 cups of chicken broth. Add onion and garlic powder.
+- Add 1 cup of rice. Boil till soft.
+- Mix ground beef with $\frac{1}{2}$ cups of chicken broth. Add to rice, boil for approx. 5 minutes.
+- Add salt, pepper, fish sauce.
