- For the filling, combine $\frac{3}{4}$ lb. ground pork, $3$ tbsp. wood ear mushrooms, $\frac{1}{4}$ cup minced yellow onions, $2$ tsp. fish sauce, $2$ tsp. oyster sauce, $1$ tsp sugar, $\frac{1}{2}$ tsp. salt, $\frac{1}{2}$ tsp. pepper, 2 sliced Chinese sausages, and $4$ boiled eggs, cut into quarters.
