This report demonstrates my ability to conduct original research to determine the feasibility of a proposal, as well as create viable alternate options, and make an informed recommendation for further action. While this report focuses on traffic in Tuscaloosa, I am also comfortable writing reports regarding the evaluation of mathematical models.
